Has anybody heard of Paul Gerace or a company called Ready Real Estate in Austin, Texas? Any reviews?

I am just wondering because I looked up Ready Real Estate and they have no phone number. I also heard that some guy named Paul Gerace that claims to be a real estate agent and supposedly works for them has ripped off a lot of people. Has anyone in the Austin, Texas area ever used him or their company?

1. Yes, I am glad you asked. I have definately heard of them and they are a complete scam. If you are in the Austin, Texas area do not use them. I swear they will take your money and run. I recently showed somewhat of an interest in one of their run down raggedy properties in the Austin area and I submitted an application for rent and at the same time I had already paid them thinking I was going to get approved. Well they denied me and ran off with my money. The economy does not need deceptive companies or deceptive people like that. They refused to give me back any of my money. The crazy part about the whole situation is that they lied up front about the application process and everything. I would strongly urge anyone not to do business with this company or anyone who claims to work for this company because their business practice is very deceptive. A total scam if you ask me.

4. Yeah and they are a group of shady individuals. Only a fool would do business with them. Choosing them is like saying, "hey I want to get scammed today". Avoid them at all costs. And definately avoid their agent named Paul Gerace (512) 487-2846. He will con you out of your money. Seriously.

6. Dude yeah, stay away from him. Not really a licensed agent. I think he is just posing as one. Always google any person or company before you give them your money. Trust me on this one. There are even the most professional crooks out there and he is one of them. What the hell is Ready Real Estate anyway? They are not even recognized by the better business bureau.

I did a little research on them and that one guy Paul Giraffe or maybe Gerace or whatever, they are affiliated with a small company called Ace Properties in Austin, Texas which also turns out to be a bunch of bull. They don't have a wide selection of properties. I only saw 2 listed. The website isn't very well put together. I would use my best judgement before renting from them. Their business does not seem credible. I agree with the first comment on this page. Sounds like a total scam. Thank God for yahoo questions. This is the best place to get the scoop on things.
