1. any real estate broker there and seek a "buyer's agent" do not allow any agent to also rep the seller of any house you see. While still temporarily legal, it is always immoral and the buyer can NEVER get as a good a deal till he has an exclusive buyer's agent. I can find one for you if you desire.
2. The best site for Southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area is definitely the Multiple Listing Service's site: www.mls.ca; which has now been re-branded as www.realtor.ca. Either url will lead you to the site.
