1. When we moved to Austin 2 years I was so impressed with my sellers agent that I have told everyone who will listen that this is the guy that will use to buy or sell my next house with. He always knew what he was talking about. If he didn't know he would grab the phone and find out on the spot. I wish he could have been my agent. He was up front and no B.S. My agent was a nightmare! Anyway check him out give them a call and just tell them you situation I think you will be impressed. They have a good team and are good people.
